Mark Rubin

Mark M. Rubin is an Executive Vice President at Colliers International and a senior member of the South Florida Investment Services Team, specializing in the sales and leasing of commercial properties in the South Florida region. He also serves as an Adjunct Faculty member in the Finance Department of the College of Business at Florida Atlantic University, where he teaches Real Estate Investment. With a career spanning over three decades, Mark has consistently delivered successful outcomes for his clients in the commercial real estate sector. Mark boasts a remarkable track record with involvement in transactions exceeding $3 billion, spanning across various asset classes. Before joining Colliers, Mark served as a Principal at Avison Young, where he was a vital member of the Florida Capital Markets team with responsibilities for Palm Beach County. Prior to that, he held senior leadership positions at Newmark Knight Frank, Amerivest Group, Savills Studley, and JLL.
