Mark Richardson

After studying at Nottingham Trent Polytechnic for a BSC in Surveying Mark became a RICS Chartered Surveyor in 1994 and is also a Registered Valuer. He is additionally an RICS accredited Expert Witness. As well as being a Director at Rushton Hickman he is a Partner at BB&J Commercial in Derby. Mark undertakes a wide variety of professional valuation work for clients across the private and public sectors including bank lenders, developers and the Courts. He has a broad valuation background with a particular specialisation in residential development schemes and HMO’s, as well as a variety of expert witness work for litigation and taxation issues.
