Mark Raines is an Executive Vice President and Managing Director leading JLL Houston’s Retail Advisory Services business line where he is responsible for the team’s overall success and mentoring junior associates.. His focus is always on the client, delivering strategic, innovative real estate solutions that produce results. Mark knows that retail positioning is key to sales performance; and as a trusted partner, he helps clients make informed decisions that create quantifiable value. Mark relies on his network of retail clients, the brokerage community, and his comprehensive local knowledge of current availabilities, new developments and market trends to ensure no opportunity is overlooked. Throughout his 19-year career, Mark has successfully negotiated lease transactions, developed innovative marketing strategies and achieved profitable results for clients across industries. Before joining JLL in 2014, Mark was a Vice President at CBRE within the Retail Brokerage Services division, where he specialized in retail brokerage services for national, regional and local clients in the greater Houston area. He worked in residential development prior to his tenure at CBRE.
