Mark Pomella is a Vice President of Investment Sales, specializing in the disposition and acquisition of net lease properties across the United States. Mark enjoys cultivating relationships with industry-leading operators, private investors, developers, and private equity firms to create targeted investment opportunities for his clients. Mark received a Bachelor’s Degree from Williams College. Prior to SAB Capital, Mark served as an investment sales agent at Marcus & Millichap. Mark takes pride in his ability to analyze trends in the market, allowing his clients to benefit from his insights. He enjoys finding a creative approach to close difficult transactions and building long lasting relationships with his clients that he describes as intelligent, fun, and kind hearted people. The key to a productive day for Mark is preparation and researching the latest news impacting real estate markets. When he’s not in the office, Mark enjoys traveling and spending time outdoors exercising and playing sports, particularly golf.
