Mark Newell

Mark Newell’s activity and knowledge encompass a wide variety of aspects in the Real Estate Industry, including investment sales, office/retail sales, brokerage of office and retail along with the development of commercial projects. Mark’s current projects include redevelopment of infill projects in Charlotte’s SouthEnd area. He also works with Buyers and Sellers in the income property investment market. Before MPV Properties, Mark worked with Merrifield Partners, Crosland, Inc. and the Charlotte office of Spaulding & Slye, a Boston based firm. Mark has been in the Real Estate business in the Carolinas since 1984. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro with a B.S. in Business Administration in 1981. Mark has Real Estate licenses from North Carolina and South Carolina. He belongs to the Charlotte Region Commercial Board of Realtors, the Multi Million Dollar Club, and the Charlotte University Area Council.
