In 2010 he launched NelsonHill with his brother Michael Nelson and for almost 10-years we grew the company to 12 associates, over 550 transactions and $1 billion in total deal value. In 2019 they sold NelsonHill to JLL in Chicago and relocated to San Diego to join the JLL team in SoCal.
