I grew up on a cattle ranch in Kansas riding horses, wrangling cattle, fixing fence, hauling hay and other laborious farm related activities. During high school, I decided farm life was not for me! With dreams of becoming a television news anchor in a big city someday, I decided to earn a degree in Broadcast Journalism. After graduating college at Kansas State University, I began my short lived television career as an intern at a local TV station. There, station management informed me I had a face for radio ending my television career. Soon after, I became a disc jockey working as a host of a morning show for a country music radio station. I realized quickly the sales folks were the ones driving nice cars and making the most money (not the DJ's) so I became a sales representative for the radio station. I worked in media sales for many years before making the HUGE mistake of going into real estate. Ha! My friends say I've never had good timing but all I can say is I LOVE IT! Every day as a Realtor has it's challenges and rewards! I would love to help you buy or sell your next home!
