Mark Masaschi

A Principal with KDS Caine Commercial Real Estate, Mark Masaschi has been a valuable member of our team since 2000 and has been involved in commercial real estate for over twenty five years. Knowledgeable in all facets of commercial real estate, Mark’s focus is primarily on the acquisition and sale of investment, office, retail and industrial properties, offering a wide variety of commercial real estate services. He is dedicated to building long-term relationships with his clients, further enhancing the profitability of those he serves. A 1987 graduate of Clemson University, Mark is a licensed agent in both South Carolina and North Carolina and has earned the prestigious Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, an honor attained by only 6% of real estate professionals in the nation. Mark is active in the community, serving on the Greater Greenville Association of Realtors Commercial Alliance and Commercial Information Exchange committees and as the finance director of the Greater Greenville Board of Realtors Commercial Steering Committee. Mark is also a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
