Mark Kincaid

Mark Kincaid has over 20 years of commercial real estate experience, beginning in Las Vegas, Nevada. As an accomplished real estate professional with a real estate license in Texas and a Broker/Salesman License in Nevada, he has sold and leased over 3 million square feet. Previous Clients include MedicWest Ambulance Company (American Medical Response), Clark County Nevada (Joint Venture – Fire Dept & FEMA), Clark County Health District and other government contractors. Mark has worked in all aspects of commercial real estate but has had a focus on the industrial real estate sector over the past several years. He has been affiliated with the North Las Vegas Chamber of Commerce, has served as a board member for several charities in the Las Vegas community, and is very active within the Las Vegas business community. Mark is also a member of the National Association of Realtors as well as SABOR. His diverse experience and broad background have helped him become a valuable member of the DHRP team. In his free time, Mark enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife, children, and grandchildren.
