Mark Hawks is a Senior Vice President in CBRE Atlanta’s Landlord Representation Group. Mr. Hawks is part of Atlanta’s premier owner representation industrial team for the Southeast. The team provides a united, single source for property owners seeking to lease or sell any industrial asset, from small business parks to large bulk warehouses. Mr. Hawks and his team combine their knowledge and experience with the unmatched CBRE platform to deliver exceptional solutions that drive value and growth. He joined CBRE following the acquisition of Resource Real Estate Partners in January 2013. Prior to joining Resource, Mr. Hawks worked with an Atlanta-based national developer, Oakmont Industrial Group, where he was directly responsible for expanding the Atlanta portfolio, which included site selection, underwriting and leasing for new developments and second generation opportunities. Previously to Oakmont, Mr. Hawks gained eight years of commercial real estate experience with King Industrial Realty in Atlanta, representing both tenants and landlords in lease, sale and build-to-suit transactions.
