Mark Hartum, a Principal with Avison Young, is one of the leading commercial real estate professionals in the City of Edmonton. Mark has an abundance of experience in the Edmonton market, gained through his specialization in the office market since 1995. He has provided consulting, advisory services and representation to a number of national and international corporate clients. In addition to providing strategic consulting and transactional expertise to many of the marketplace's most significant tenants, Mark has earned a reputation of being able to add tremendous value on behalf of landlords when engaged as their exclusive listing agent. Mark has marketing expertise and analytical capabilities that allow him to capitalize on leasing opportunities, structure creative deals and maximize returns for his clients. Prior to joining Avison Young, Mark was the Associate Vice President of another international brokerage company. During this time he specialized in downtown and suburban office leasing, working primarily as a tenant representative in conjunction with the National Corporate Services Group.
