Mark Fisher

Mark joined Tuckerman in 1994 and became Managing Director in 2007. He started Union Street Partners in 2014 with Farebrother, as a new brand focused on the emerging South Bank market. He advises on investment acquisition and disposal for a wide range of clients including Westminster School and Land Securities. Mark particularly specialises in off-market transactions, utilising his in-depth local knowledge of the SW1 and SE1 markets to create value for clients. Tuckerman is a sponsor of the Victoria based homeless charity, The Passage. Mark is a trustee and has been on its Property steering committee for some years assisting in the fundraising via S.106 for its £18 million refurbishment. He is a director of the Victoria Westminster Business Improvement District and also chaired the committee for the Vauxhall Business Improvement District. Mark was West End Dealmaker of the Year in 2017 and South Bank Dealmaker of the Year in 2018. The first was for an 80,000 sq ft off-market deal for TOG in SW1. The second was for a 90,000 sq ft deal with WeWork on Blackfriars Road. Mark is married with two children, enjoys squash and golf and lives in Beaconsfield, Bucks.
