Mr. Emerick has over 25 years experience in commercial real estate as both a broker and principal. Prior to joining CBRE, Mr. Emerick oversaw the acquisition, financing and management of an approximate one million square foot flex-office portfolio in Austin, Texas. Prior to Austin, Mr. Emerick was a longstanding partner and consistent top producer at Grubb & Ellis | BRE in San Diego, CA.
