Mark Edwards

As Senior Director of Development, Mark leads development projects from inception to completion. His responsibilities include managing consultants, collaborating with municipalities to secure site plan approvals and permits, identifying tenants for speculative projects, and working with the brokerage community to finalize leases. Mark’s previous experience includes leadership roles in the retail sector and recent work in municipal Economic Development, providing him with valuable insights, knowledge, and skills to successfully drive projects forward. Mark has been a key member of the team since 2019 and is based in the Edmonton office.
