Mark Dwyer
Mark Dwyer started with Lincoln Property Company in the fall of 2008. Mark has over 20 years of brokerage experience in the Denver market. Focusing not only on LPC’s industrial and office leasing efforts, Mark also represents both Tenant and Landlords in third party transactions, as well as Owner user and investment sellers and buyers. Mark has also assisted multiple national banks with the disposition of REO assets. Mark’s experience and expertise in industrial and office real estate field has allowed LPC to further expand their services and better understand the market throughout the Front Range. Prior to joining LPC, Mark worked with First Industrial Realty Trust, Inc. as the Leasing Director responsible for overseeing the leasing efforts of a five million square foot industrial portfolio. Mark spent seven years with CB Richard Ellis/Trammell Crow. He has also been involved with NAIOP and the NAIOP Community Outreach committee. Mark received a Bachelors degree from the University of Kansas.
