Mark Cooke

Mark has been a member of the Avison Young Office Agency Team for 8 years he has acted on behalf of institutional clients such as Royal London Asset Management, Legal and General, Kames Capital and CEG in disposing of office accommodation as well as local landlords such as Bruntwood, Peel and Hurstwood. Mark’s most significant achievements are securing the 25,000 sq. ft. letting to Kacoo at Fabrica, 22,600 sq. ft. to Convergys at Regent Place and 5,000 sq. to Lakestar McCann at 196 Deansgate as well as disposing of leasehold and freehold accommodation all over the Northwest. Mark has also been involved in a variety of acquisition projects and has recently acquired 6,000 sq. on behalf of Urbanbubble in Manchester city centre. Prior to working at WHR, now Avison Young, Mark worked for a BNP Paribas and the Valuation office.
