Mark Chiarenza

Mark has been working in the hospitality industry for over 15 years and has successfully designed, built and operated 7 restaurants and pubs. In addition to his own businesses he has contracted as a hospitality consultant for multiple Hilton Hotel franchises. Throughout his career in hospitality, Mark has been a licensed real estate agent and active investor. He has flipped over 100 residentials houses, acquired and redeveloped commercial mixed use and multifamily properties. Mark is very proficient in operations, personnel management, negotiations, sales and project management. In 2022 Mark co-founded Benchmark Realty Advisors using his passion for real estate and hospitality to help others buy, sell and lease commercial real estate. Mark is graduate of Niagara University and holds a bachelors degree in management and an MBA in Finance.
