Mark Burnes, Broker, CCIM, ALC has been closely involved with Commercial, Investment & Development Real Estate on California's Central Coast for over a decade. He is a locally and nationally recognized expert and consultant in these areas. As the PCAOR MLS reports commercial transactions of 2004 - 2009 in Pismo Beach, Ca. Mark Burnes has been involved in 51% of the actual transactions representing 77% of the dollar market value! An active member of the community, Mark Burnes is a member in good standing and Paul Harris Fellow of the Pismo Beach Rotary Club, has served on several Boards and commissions (and currently sits as the Chair of the Pismo Beach Planning Commission) - he supports numerous local and national charities. Mark was the 2018 President of the Pismo Coast Asociation of Realtors.
