Mark Blancard is a Vice President with NAI Commercial, a market-leading commercial real estate provider in Vancouver, BC. He joined NAI in May 2022 after 18 years working at CBRE Limited. Mark specializes in the representation of office space owners and users in Metro Vancouver. He is primarily focused on the representation of office leasing tenants in downtown Vancouver, but has also successfully negotiated many leases in the surrounding suburbs including Burnaby, New Westminster, Richmond, Surrey, North Vancouver, Port Moody, Coquitlam, Maple Ridge, and Victoria.
