Mark Bauer
West Region Data Center Managing Director
Mark is a Managing Director and Co-Leader with JLL's Data Center Solutions group. With unrivaled experience and knowledge in the growing multi-tenant data center environments, Mark provides clients with strategic and tactical guidance and representation to meet investment, acquisition, leasing and development objectives. Mark has specialized in the data center and colocation industry for the past two decades. Advisor to tenants, landlords, buyers and sellers, he also serves as a national consultant to brokers, clients and data center developers across the U.S. His experience includes in-depth knowledge of the data center and telecommunications industries that assists clients with their mission-critical deployments of primary and disaster recovery, cloud data center needs. He has negotiated over $3 billion in total transaction consideration, over 25 million square feet of total transactions. Mark graduated from University of Minnesota with a bachelor’s degree in Business and Communications. He serves as the VP for the AZ Chapter of 7x24 Exchange. He’s also a member of the Arizona Technology Council, NAIOP, and AFCOM. Mark’s been recognized numerous times for achievements during his career including "Top Gun" 2013-2014, 2017-2018 "Gold Achiever" 2012-2016, and Lifetime Achievement Award, Global Data Center Alliance, 2016
