Mark Anderson is a Vice President for CBRE’s Edmonton office, and specializes in office leasing and sales. Mark joined CBRE in 2010 after working for a residential developer in South-Edmonton. After a brief mentorship as the team’s sales assistant, Mark was quickly promoted to Associate and has established a well-respected reputation with both clients and colleagues over the course of his career. As an office leasing broker, Mark takes on the role as an advisor with his clients by helping them to analyze purchases, new leasing, and renewal opportunities. Mark’s experience representing both landlords and tenants gives him valuable insight to each side of a transaction. Over the last 5 years, the CBRE Edmonton Office Team has been involved in the leasing and acquisition of over 3 million square feet of office space in the Edmonton market.
