Marilyn, a native Texan, came to Beth Wolff Realtors from another Houston-based real estate firm. She is knowledgeable in both residential and commercial real estate. Her expertise extends into the sale of single-family homes and townhomes, condominiums, acreage tracts of land, farm and ranch properties; and commercial real estate including shopping centers, warehouses and office buildings in Houston and its surrounding areas. To stay abreast of the current marketplace and ever-changing industry, Marilyn frequently takes real estate classes at the Houston Association of Realtors® (HAR) and other real estate schools. She is a member of the National Association of Realtors® (NAR), the Texas Association of Realtors®, and HAR. Marilyn has also achieved the designation of Accredited Buyer‘s Representative, the benchmark of excellence in buyer representation. This coveted designation is awarded to real estate practitioners who meet specified educational and practical criteria developed by the National Association of Realtors®. Marilyn also holds a Corporate Mobility Specialist designation. She is Brookfield Relocation Certified in: Destination Services, Marketing Assistance, and Inventory. Providing a service for people is what enticed Marilyn to become a Realtor®. Previously, she has owned several businesses and worked for TXI and Service Corporation International. Marilyn is also well-known in the Houston music scene. The band, Larry and Marilyn, features her husband Larry playing trumpet and Marilyn singing. : After traveling and performing extensively in the United States and Bermuda they returned to the Bayou City and have entertained at clubs, private and company parties, hotels, conventions and many other functions for many years.
