ABOUT

Mariko Mimnaugh joins the Salt Lake City Retail team at Colliers International from Cushman & Wakefield where she worked as a Director. Mariko represents both landlords and tenants throughout the Wasatch Front, with an emphasis on urban redevelopment, mixed-use, and niche market retail. In 2006, Mariko began her career with the highly regarded retail team at Commerce CRG, now Cushman & Wakefield. Just 18 months later, she found herself in the middle of the recession. While many real estate professionals left the business because of difficult market conditions, Mariko accepted the challenge head on not realizing then that learning the business in a down market would provide her with opportunities to develop skillsets that are best crafted in a down market, such as providing her clients with non-traditional solutions which aided in stabilizing distressed assts within large receivership portfolios. Her ability to think outside of the box continues to set her apart to this day. Mariko consistently delivers enhanced value to her clients with out-of-the-box solutions, unwavering attention to detail and a strong work ethic. Mariko prides herself on having cultivated an eclectic client list over the years, which provides her an edge when negotiating because she understands the demands and constraints that affect either side of the deal. In her free time Mariko enjoys spending time outdoors mountain biking, bass fishing and white-water rafting. You can also count on her for restaurant recommendations as she and her husband enjoy dining at new restaurants.
