Marianne Dugan

Current Responsibilities Ms. Dugan is a vice president for JLL’s brokerage services in the Melville, Long Island office. In this role, Ms. Dugan is responsible for Landlord and Tenant Representation, property dispositions and client development. As landlord representative, Ms. Dugan handles over 1 million sf of landlord agency assignments, working directly with a variety of institutional, entrepreneurial and corporate ownership structures. As a tenant representative, Ms. Dugan works on strategic planning and negotiation on behalf JLL’s national clientele including United Healthcare, MetLife and Bank of America. As sales consultant, Ms. Dugan represents clients to establish valuation, conduct market analyses and disposition strategies for key commercial assets in excess of 1 million sf. In addition to brokerage services, Ms. Dugan will be identifying opportunities for other JLL business lines such as Capital Markets and Property Management. Experience Ms. Dugan joined JLL in 2010 as part of the firm’s commitment to expansion into New York’s suburban markets. Prior to joining JLL, Ms. Dugan was at CB Richard Ellis, where, in her role as senior associate, she served as a lead liaison to platinum developer clients, servicing in excess of 1 million sf of landlord agency assignments for commercial office and medical sectors. As well, Ms. Dugan has worked closely with senior counterparts to successfully complete numerous medical condominium sales and other property dispositions. Ms. Dugan is a New York State Licensed Real Estate Salesperson and a member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society (CIBS), where she was honored with the organization’s Rising Star award for her initiative and contributions to the industry. Ms. Dugan has been the recipient of the Co-Star Power Broker Award for 2008, 2009, 2010, 2011, 2012 2013 & 2014.
