Beginning her career in 1987 with Coleman Land Company, which became Prudential Utah Real Estate, and now, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Utah Properties, Marian personally and jointly with Broker/Owner Bill Coleman, participated as lead agent in land purchase; site design; planning and marketing of over 20 large mixed-use projects, including the initial facilitation of a 450-acre land donation for the development of the 2002 Salt Lake City Winter Olympic venues. Beginning with the 1987 Park City Board of Realtors® Rookie of the Year Award, Marian is the recipient of multiple Prudential Chairman Circle Awards and the prestigious Prudential Legend Circle Award.
