Maria Davis

Maria is a lifelong Des Moines resident who has spent her whole career focusing on building relationships. Beginning with residential real estate, in her first year, she earned the “Rookie of the Year” and “Circle of Excellence” awards from the Des Moines Area Association of Realtors. Maria was also included in the 2006 Forty Under 40 class by the Des Moines Business Record. She then transitioned into a career in media sales, working for Business Publications, the producers of Business Record and DSM Magazine. Fast forward to now, and Maria has found a new niche in the world of commercial real estate. When not at work, you can likely find her out on a run or riding her bicycle.
