Margo S. Mocarski is a Senior Vice President for Lee & Associates of Eastern Pennsylvania. With almost twenty-five years in commercial brokerage, primarily in service to occupiers, she has the experience and relationships to drive effective, timely solutions and strategies for both occupiers and owners of industrial and office space, across a variety of organizational types and geographies. Margo has dedicated her career to long-term client advisory relationships with a focus on occupier representation. She has worked with a variety of clients in national warehousing and distribution, professional consultancy, pharmaceuticals, regional healthcare and education, and the non-profit sector, on local, regional, and national assignments. She specializes in transaction strategy and execution, portfolio management, and financial analysis. She handles negotiations on a wide range of requirements including office and industrial leases, subleases and building sales. Over the past twenty-four years, Margo has completed transactions in excess of 15 million square feet for a variety of clients including Sellers Dorsey, Pepsi, Frito-Lay, Wesco, Sub-Zero, Hajoca Corporation, Mochila Fulfillment, College Possible, AstraZeneca Pharmaceuticals and Thomas Jefferson University.
