Margaret O'Brien

Margaret began her career in commercial real estate in 1998 with The Kane Company. Then, beginning in the year 2000, she worked as a Vice President/Partner of the CBRE| Portsmouth office for thirteen years. For the last seven years, she has owned her own commercial real estate firm in downtown Portsmouth, as both Margaret O’Brien Realty and now, Bow Street, LLC. During her career in the commercial real estate industry, she has successfully completed transactions with total consideration in excess of $600 Million. Margaret has been a top performer in the New Hampshire commercial real estate market for many years, specializing in office, industrial and retail leasing, property acquisition and disposition.
