Marcia Pierce-Rasmussen

Marcia acquired her Real Estate license in 2000, her Asst. Broker license in 2007. Her passion started out in raw land parcels and she focused her efforts in raw land in and around Zion National Park area. Water rights has also been one of the areas she specializes in. Marcia worked as a Real Estate and Estates Paralegal in NY State for a few years before returning back to S. Utah as a land specialist with the April Gates Group at ERA Brokers Consolidated in Hurricane, UT
