Marcello Campanini joined the downtown Chicago Investment Property Multi-Housing Group of CB Richard Ellis in 2001, specializing in the sale of urban development properties. As an "urban property specialist" Marcello assists both owners and developers with the disposition and acquisition of development projects in the City of Chicago and neighboring suburbs. Marcello is a member of the CB Richard Ellis Multi-Housing Group, a nationwide affiliation of CBRE professionals who concentrate on serving multi-housing investors and developers. Over the past 20 years, Marcello has both converted and developed residential and mixed-use projects in Chicago and the surrounding suburbs. He has also provided brokerage services, valuations, financial analyses and other real estate consulting services for various development projects located across the United States. He has completed projects on behalf of private investors and lenders, commercial reits, developers, individual investors, multi-national corporations and various other clients.
