Marc Ozburn

As Vice Chair at Colliers, Marc specializes in originating multi-tenant and single-tenant retail investment sales in the Charlotte, North Carolina office. With nearly two decades of experience, he has facilitated the sale of over 125 shopping centers totaling a value of more than 1 billion in transaction volume. Marc’s expertise extends to the sale of distressed retail as redevelopments, having facilitated over 2 million square feet, totaling $100 million. Prior to joining Colliers in 2023, Marc served as Managing Director at Berkeley Capital Advisors, where he launched the Nashville office in 2013 and later returned to the Charlotte headquarters in 2018. He began his career at the Scott Trotter Company in 2006, where he ventured into real estate development before launching TheDoGooder.com, an online fundraising platform. Marc lives in Charlotte, NC with his wife, Hannah, and three children. He is an active member of Christ Church Episcopal and has contributed to the Boards of Directors for Reid’s Fine Foods and Christ Church Kindergarten.
