Marc Karren

Marc joined Location Matters in 2015 from San Diego’s Pacific Coast Commercial where he specialized in the sales and leasing of retail properties representing Buyers, Sellers, Landlords, and Tenants. He is currently active in all parts of San Diego County with a primary focus in North County and has experience in income property investments, as well as, retail business ownership in San Diego. His experience as a broker, investor, and tenant has provided invaluable knowledge to assist his property and business owner clients to reach their specific investment objectives. Marc’s primary goal is to leverage his knowledge of the industry, marketplace and individual product, to provide unparalleled brokerage service in sales and leasing of retail commercial real estate. He was a recipient of San Diego Business Journal’s Top Retail Lease under $5M in 2013 and a nominee of the same award in 2014. Marc graduated from San Diego State University with a B.S. in International Business and attended the University of Salzburg in Austria, focusing on European Studies. He lives in Encinitas with his two kids, Jack, 15, and Rylie, 10, enjoying a lifestyle centered around the ocean where they spend their free time at the beach either surfing, stand-up paddling, diving or embarking on the occasional fishing trip.
