Marc Hausmann

Marc Hausmann specializes in all aspects of commercial real estate brokerage. Marc’s sales and business background are an asset for clients as he brings a detailed and analytical approach to all sales and leasing opportunities. Marc joined NAI FMA Realty as an Associate Broker in the Fall of 2015. Previously he operated multiple successful companies for over 20 years. For 15 years, he has been involved in brokerage and development of projects and most recently served as President and Broker of his own real estate firm. Marc has also owned a third-party logistics based national operation for nearly 20 years. Marc has represented clients from entrepreneurs to national clients. He has worked directly with Sysco, Foodservices of America, US Foods, Marriot chains and Bunzl Distribution. Plus, he has client relationships with UMB Bank, First National Bank, Mercury Holdings, Trinitas, Inc., Lincoln Hotel Group, and K-2 Construction, Pinnacle Bank, JM Eagle, Black Hills Energy, NAPA and CNH Industrial.
