Marc Berkowitz joined The Rochlin Organization in 2013, and has quickly become a valued asset at the firm. As exclusive leasing agent for some of the area’s most notable owners, Marc’s total understanding of the real estate transaction has enabled him to conclude transactions for his clients efficiently and expeditiously. From guiding a tenant through a lengthy lease document, to helping a client understand a tenant-improvement-allowance, and everything in between, Marc’s extensive expertise is often the difference between a stagnant leasing program and a successful lease-up of a client’s vacant building. Previously, Marc served as Managing Partner of a leading regional footwear retailer with multiple stores located throughout Long Island and the Northeast. Marc’s natural customer service attitude has served a benefit to our corporate clientele. Marc is an active member of the Commercial Industrial Brokers Society of Long Island, and lives in Melville with his wife and his two daughters.
