Manuel Chavez is the Broker for M. C. Real Estate Corp. which has been opened for the last 13 years. He graduated from California State University, Fresno in 1995 where he received his degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Land Economics. In 2001 he opened up M. C. Mortgage where it became a successful small business in Real Estate and Loans in the Central Valley. Having produced over 20 million in sales for the first 6 years he was able to open up 2 more branches in Dos Palos, Ca and Madera, Ca and expand his business. Since 2008 he and his team managed to close 300 foreclosed properties till present. Mr. Chavez has continued rising in sales revenue through the years and has found many elements of the business to keep on pursuing. He currently is working with investors to help them find homes to renovate. Last year, Mr. Chavez closed 102 transactions with a 17 million dollar in sales. He has made a difference in the real estate industry by being one of the top realtors in the valley ranked number 9 in the Fresno Association of Realtors MLS of production in sales and transactions.
