Mallory began her career with Lee & Associates in West Los Angeles, where she worked with one of the most accomplished Creative Office teams in the market. She advised clients on a wide range of transactions across multiple asset classes, including landlord and tenant representation, sales, adaptive re-use and ground up development projects across Los Angeles. Creative office conversions require extensive knowledge in construction, Tenant Improvements, land use and zoning, allowing Mallory to build an unmatched skillset which she diligently uses to advocate for her clients. In 2023, Mallory joined Colliers in her hometown of Sacramento, where she is now focused on Tenant and Landlord Representation and Sales alongside the highly respected Walcott, Bennett, Rutherford, and Reilly team.
