Malek Massad

Malek P. Massad is President of Skybridge Real Estate and SVP/CFO of Skybridge Development in Oklahoma. He has over 15 years of experience in the real estate industry specializing in financial feasibility studies, strategic planning, valuation, market studies, budgeting, due diligence analysis, and development. Formerly Executive Vice President of Emersons Commercial Real Estate, Vice President of Real Estate for Bob Moore Auto Group and LM Real Estate; Vice President of Investment Analysis for Black Oak Partners, LLC; President of MPM Investments, LLC; and Vice President of Investment Analysis for H3 Advisors. Malek holds a B.S. from the College of Arts and Sciences and an M.B.A. in Finance, both from the University of Oklahoma in Norman, Oklahoma. He was selected for the Journal Record's "Top 40 under 40" award, OKC Biz Magazine's "Achiever's Under 40" award, and recently as a member of Leadership Oklahoma City's Signature Class 34.
