Malcolm Lewis, CCIM

Malcolm specializes in investment sales, land and property brokerage plus select leasing assignments for tenants and landlords. He is on the 2008 TCAR Board of Directors and was nationally recognized through Coldwell Banker Commercial for his production with the Silver Circle of Distinction in 2007, the Silver Circle of Distinction in 2005 and the Bronze in 2004. Since joining the company in 2002, he has completed transactions totaling over $45M for clients. Malcolm is a native of Winston-Salem, NC and earned his undergraduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Master''s Degree in Education from the University of Florida. Locally, he serves on the Aldert Root Elementary School Foundation Board and volunteers with the Salvation Army.
