Before joining Andrew + Ashwell as a Partner in 2005, he spent 16 years developing his career at Lambert Smith Hampton, exiting at director level. Malcolm’s involvement across all areas of A+A’s business is today focused on agency, investment and acquisitions matters and property management. He has been a member of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since 1995 and is a qualified Registered Valuer, approved by RICS to carry out formal Red Book Valuation work, which sets the benchmark for industry standards. Malcolm is actively involved in several areas of the business particularly agency and property management. He has been a member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) since May 1995 and is a qualified Registered Valuer, approved by RICS to undertake formal Red Book Valuation work.
