Maggie McGrath is the Co-Owner/Broker of Doyle & McGrath Real Estate LLC. She specializes in property management, leasing and sales of office buildings and shopping centers in the Tampa Bay Area. Maggie grew up in Ireland and after completing her Diploma in Legal Studies at the Waterford Institute of Technology in 1999 Maggie started her career with AIB, one of Ireland's largest banks. Maggie moved from Branch Banking to the Training & Development Department where she continued to study and received 3 more diplomas: *Diploma in Financial Services (Institute of Bankers, 2000) *ICM Advanced Diploma in Human Resource Management & Development (Communication & Management Institute, 2002) *Higher Diploma in Marketing (Dublin Business School, 2004) Maggie had always had an interest in US Real Estate and chose to make a career change in 2004. She received her real estate license in 2005 and formed the Tampa Bay Property Company Ltd where she was managing director, and generated sales of over $30 million in Florida Real Estate to Irish Investors. For two years she worked on behalf of Irish Investment Groups sourcing quality commercial and residential properties to add to their overseas property portfolios. Whilst analyzing her clients investments Maggie quickly realized the importance of a good Property Manager/Leasing Agent and set up Doyle & McGrath Real Esate LLC with John Doyle (Licensed Broker). Maggie became a Forida resident in 2009 where she has grown the property management division of Doyle & McGrath to over 450 units. Maggie is now a Licensed Broker and lives in north Tampa. Since January 2010 Doyle & McGrath Real Estate LLC has leased over 105,000SF & sold over $35,000,0000 . The company currently manages 12 office park asscoiations in the Tampa Bay Area and Maggie works with several local banks handling their REO properties. The company prides itself on having occupancy rates of over 90% of properties managed.
