Maggie Kestly

Maggie Kestly has experience in commercial real estate began 35 years ago. She started as a Lease Administrator typing leases and attending to tenants. Shortly after she acquired her Real Estate License, she also earned her CPM designation and now CCIM. Maggie is fascinated by the field of property management and leasing. She believes that each day brings variety and opportunity to continue learning. In 2005, Maggie was involved in her first Real Estate investment, building 4 residential homes for sale. She aims to continue to learn and to expand her knowledge in this field as well as in evaluating real estate as an investment. Maggie has also served as a Ventura County Planning Commissioner for District #4, giving her an in depth understanding of land use issues facing Ventura County and the opportunity to participate in the creation of a new general plan for the County.
