Maggie Jones

Maggie Jones is a Sales & Leasing Associate at Goodman Real Estate Services Group LLC. Maggie graduated from the University of Dayton in 2021 with a bachelor’s degree in Communication Management and minors in Marketing and Spanish. She joined Goodman Real Estate as a Marketing Specialist in Fall 2021 and transitioned into sales in 2023. Maggie specializes in tenant/buyer and landlord/seller representation, site selection and market analysis, marketing property for lease and sale, and marketing and pre-leasing new developments. Maggie currently works with Randy Goodman and Alex Justice, representing The TJX Companies, Inc., including T. J. Maxx, Marshalls, HomeGoods, Homesense, and Sierra (Northern Ohio), as well as representing Rural King with Alex and Randy operating as their team of national master brokers in site selection and marketing their entire owned property portfolio across 14 states, leasing/selling excess property including big boxes, vacant land, inline spaces, carve-outs, and outlots.
