Madisson Carnochan

Madisson Carnochan joined Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa as the Research Analyst in May 2021. Although only with the company for a short time, Madisson was quickly devoted to the industry and set out to receive her license. She recently transitioned to Sales Representative and is eager to build a career in brokerage. During her time as a Research Analyst, Madisson gained an understanding of the commercial real estate market, working with statistical analytics, market analysis, and account support. Beyond her independent research roles, Madisson assisted brokers throughout the transaction process. Madisson has quickly earned the trust of her peers and clients with her ability to successfully execute the tasks at hand. Prior to her employment with Cushman & Wakefield Ottawa, Madisson was a field coordinator with PCL/EllisDon on the Centre Block Rehabilitation Project. Coming from the construction industry, Madisson oversaw various projects, with many moving parts, from execution to completion, while managing and overcoming obstacles and time restraints. The skill set Madisson has developed will benefit her as she switches her focus from the management of construction projects to the management of real estate transactions. The experience gained from her time as an analyst, mixed with her time as a field coordinator, will allow her to guide clients to make informed decisions as it relates to their real estate requirements.
