Madison Williams specializes in the representation of local, regional, and national tenants in brand positioning, strategy, and the procurement of lease and purchase opportunities. Her expertise spans product types, from high streets to shopping centers and mixed-use projects, to industrial buildings, offices, and automotive properties, to developments and built-to-suite scenarios. She is grateful to have worked with many notable brands including Tesla, Super Star Car Wash, Torrid, Hot Topic, and Box Lunch, the Ascena family of brands (Lane Bryant, LOFT, Ann Taylor, Talbots), Parachute Home, LaserAway, and West Coast Dental. In addition to her California-specific market knowledge, Madison has supported growing retail brands in defining their growth strategy and securing leases in numerous regional and national markets. Her expertise includes best-in-class shopping centers and high streets, and she has relationships with key retail landlords in many states, including Illinois, Arizona, Utah, Washington, and Oregon. In partnership with Beta Partner and Co-Founder Xan Saks, Madison represents Tesla in Southern California, Arizona, Texas, and New Mexico. Madison was a founding member of Beta. Previously, she was a member of CBRE’s top-performing full-service retail team. She is a graduate of Scripps College in Claremont, CA. She has resided in Southern California all her adult life and was born and raised in Jackson Hole, Wyoming.
