Madison oversees leasing for retail locations from Wilmington to Rehoboth and on to the State of Maryland. Since joining Capano, he has helped to secure leases for over 525,000 square feet of space. His primary focus is the search and selection of the right tenant mix and is crucial to each business’s success. That makes long-term relationship building with tenants and their representatives a key objective. Understanding and satisfying tenant needs is a central responsibility. To achieve this, Madison works closely with various teams at Capano to achieve company goals. Madison maintains a deep network within the marketplace. He is a longtime member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC) and a member of the Delaware Commercial Industrial Real Estate Council (CIRC). He also established a Developers Networking Group in 2015. He has been a licensed real estate agent in Delaware for past 12 years and has been practicing real estate in Pennsylvania for over 27 years.
