Madison Kimbell previously served as Senior Associate of Brokerage and Development for Chesterfield, handling all brokerage and leasing activities, as well as sourcing new development projects for both office and industrial properties in the state of Florida. Prior, Madison worked on the Industrial & Logistics team at CBRE in Orlando for 3 years, assisting with the execution of leases for various tenant representation assignments and handling the entire deal cycle, from touring to lease negotiations. In addition, Madison was responsible for the team’s landlord representation assignments, further leveraging her knowledge and understanding of both the occupier and landlord sides of the business. Moreover, she assisted her team in the entire sales cycle of industrial assets, dealing with both vacant owner-user property as well as investment property. Her drive and passion for the industrial market and its trends continues to be an asset to her co-workers and clients.
