Madison Dutra
Madison Dutra is part of the Advisory & Transactions Services group, specializing in office representation for best-in-class landlords and tenants throughout the Central Business District of downtown San Francisco. Madison has the distinction of working on the team that completed one of the largest deals of 2018 with WeWork leasing the entirety of 430 California Street. She is also on the team that was recently awarded one of the most iconic projects on the west coast, the Transamerica Pyramid Center, a 750,000 sf, 3-building complex. Madison consistently leverages the tightly knit networks of office leasing professionals for information on tenant demands, market forces, and ownership motivations. She spends a significant amount of time developing her San Francisco market knowledge by directly reaching out to a diverse set of companies, from well-backed professional firms to growing start-ups.
