Madelynn Lent

Madelynn Lent joined the Newport Retail Group team at CBRE as a junior broker in the Newport Beach office in 2022. Acting as a utility team member, she supports the regional store deployment strategies for the team’s retailer clients including, Target, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Sprouts Farmers Market, Golf Galaxy, Burlington, and more. In addition, Madelynn works on numerous listing assignments for the team in southern California. Prior to joining CBRE, Madelynn began her career in real estate development, working as a development project manager on mixed-use and multifamily projects across the US. She has experience managing large project timelines and budgets through entitlements, permits and construction. Madelynn graduated from UCLA in 2018 with a bachelor’s degree in Geography. She is an active member of ICSC, Urban Land Institute, UCLA Real Estate Alumni Group and CBRE Women’s Network.
