Macy Scoggins

Macy Scoggins joins Avison Young as an associate in the Greenville office, specializing in landlord and tenant representation for retail and restaurant space across the state. She began her career in real estate in 2019 in a marketing role with a top 5 commercial real estate firm, supporting retail, office, and land brokerage teams, creating marketing materials and executing on property marketing strategies. Later, she transitioned into a brokerage coordination role with a regional real estate firm, honing her skills in retail and restaurant leasing. Her attention to detail, market expertise, and problem-solving skills are highly valued by colleagues and clients alike. A native of the Upstate, she enjoys bringing new business to the area and seeing the positive impact on people and the community. Macy has been an active member of CREW Upstate since 2021. She served on the Professional Development Committee for two years and is currently serving as the Vice Chair of the Special Events Committee. She graduated magna cum laude from Winthrop University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Marketing.
