Macon Lovelace SIOR

Macon Lovelace comes to Trinity Partners with over 12 years of experience in the South Carolina commercial real estate market. Formerly a senior broker with NAI Avant, Macon brings a diverse background in commercial real estate, banking, and development. As Partner, Macon will focus on brokerage and development at the firm’s new Columbia office. Formerly An accomplished producer known for his financial acumen and holistic approach to each deal, Macon’s transactions total over $300 million. He specializes in the sale and leasing of office properties, development sites, investment properties, and 1031. He is a 2005 graduate of Leadership Columbia, the Past President of the Leadership Columbia Alumni Association, Former Board Chair of City Year Columbia and a 2013-14 graduate of Leadership SC. A native of Conway, SC, Macon graduated from Wofford College, cum laude, with a degree in International Business and attended the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. He now lives in Columbia with his family. An avid runner, Macon likes to play golf and travel.
